Grilling is an ancient wisdom that we, human beings, have long been utilizing.
This culinary artform has never ceased to evolve, and the evolution continues even now.
"Grilling" is a cooking method practiced universally throughout the world, but "teppan-yaki grilling" is a technique that cannot be recreated or emulated at home.
そして、日本の鉄板焼きの文化もまた進化しています。
鉄板焼き いわ倉は、ここまでの日本の鉄板焼きの技術に感謝をし、新しい日本の「焼き」を残していきたいと考えます。

The culture of teppan-yaki in Japan continues to evolve, too. Teppan-yaki IWAKURA appreciates the existing technologies and techniques of teppan-yaki that have been developed and fostered in Japan to date, and aspires to leave innovative "YAKI", the new horizon of the very Japanese teppan-yaki, to the next generations.
"Iwakura" is a word used to describe the massive, sacred rocks that ancient Japanese people believed to be the places that deities came to and resided at. We hope to welcome our guests to this place, IWAKURA, and provide an unforgettable and loving experience.

１９７６年 札幌生まれ。
２２歳より都内の酒販店に勤務し、３０歳で代表に就任
その後７年勤め上げ計１５年のキャリアを持つ。
特にワインの知識に定評があり、お酒、飲料のプロとして
いわ倉の全てのドリンクを任されている。
